A cross-section of rock, metal, dance, blues, rock 'n' roll, soul, funk, jazz, folk, reggae, ska, emo, progressive, world, ... the list is endless really.
Project Marv are a collective based around Martin "Marv" Quibell, who has been a musician for quite a while in Nottinghamshire, UK. After many years of being in various stylised acts, Martin preferred the idea of having something that was not bound by such constraints. It was also an attractive thought, since he had gotten sick of his own writings being shelved at gigs to be replaced by numerous cover versions.
After a solo album, some friends and studio staff at Bandwagon Studios in Mansfield rallied around him to see what they would come up with. That became the album Colours.
Now they are working on a set tentatively entitled Different Perspectives, which is a concept set based around a day in the life of a fictional character.
