For now, there's only one, but this Project should include new members when things happen.
Influences
Joy Division, Horror Films (soundtracks to films like Suspiria), as well as many Industrial, Darkwave, Gothic, and Death/Dark Ambient musicians. Film music plays a strong part in my musical influence music, but anything that sparks my interest plays a part in the evolution of this project.
Symphonic/cinematic music (film music scores by Ennio Morricone, Riz Ortolani, and Bruno Nicolai mainly are an inspiration). Although I have a wide range of film interests, films by Dario Argento, Lucio Fulci, and Mario Bava, as well as films like Alucarda, Häxan, Caligula, A Clockwork Orange, Equinox, Nosferatu, Santa sangre, Performance, Blue Velvet, and Flesh for Frankenstein have been an influence on the music here.
Mystery and Energy
I love the work of many great musicians, a few of them are in the Top Friends list for starters.
Sounds Like
Strength, Instinct, Mystery, Fire, sounds inspired by a classic and obscure film, the Power of a Ritual...the list can go on.
PLEASE NOTE: While streaming, the sounds of the songs on the player are of lower fidelity, not at full strength.
Project Nightwolf is a Loud Dark Ritual, and sometimes a vicious beauty which grew out of my love of creating music. This Space is an introduction to my works, and I hope you enjoy it.
Right now, the membership for now is only myself, but he may be joined up by others in the future. This Project is studio based, and as for now there are no plans to play live.
Established in Late 2005, Project Nightwolf has evolved from strength to strength, with 2006's "For Strength and Instinct" starting the first evolution to what's being created now. "Secrets and Blood Moons" and "Midnight Action" showed further strengths, the former having more of a Classical influence than before while the later showing a progression of a strong Apocalyptic Industrial sound. After recording "We Attack in Heat" earlier this year, it was time for a break, and the return is presented with "As the Fires Burn." So far, I have let the songs be Instrumentals, but maybe someday soon, I'll put my voice to what I'm creating.
In 2009, two new works were presented in Feb. and there are plans to record more. Stay tuned for further details...

You will have to be quick before its splendour will fade away, back to Abscondinium...
Diogenes was born in late 2007, through different conceptual and musical ideas, under the social repression and rejection, the human's race stupidity, trying to be superior, their love to money, the abandon, selfishness, hate, anger, lies, frustration, angst, fear, horror and terror, paranoia, poverty of mind... musically, the concept is to do music without stavlished schemes.
Llyn Y Cwn (Welsh - lake of the dogs) is a small lake at 715m, nestled between Glyder Fach and Y Garn in the Glyder mountain range of Snowdoina, North Wales.
Llyn Y Cwn is a dark ambient project by Ben Powell (mank).
The two EP’s were released only in digital format in 2009 – part 1 in March and part 2 in November. The EP’s try to emulate the type of environment encountered at Llyn Y Cwn, harsh and desolate but at the same time beautiful. They feature environmental field recordings from the mountains of north wales and from an ice breaker ploughing through ice at the north pole. The music is intended to be played as the listener is going to sleep.
