Collecting music, films and books. Watching and making films. Ocassional attempts at playing and mixing music. Being a general technical monkey at festivals.

Heroes
Me dad, me Grandad, infact... all of my family are my heroes, John Peel (RIP), Akira Kurosawa (RIP), Ken Loach, Stanley Kubrick (RIP), Batman, Terry Gilliam, Shane Meadows, , Tony Wilson (RIP), Dave Gorman.
About me: I'm a uk-based film-maker with influences by the likes of Kubrick, Gilliam, Meadows, Kurosawa and Loach to name but a few. I love film, music, festivals, reading and debating.
I also have an unhealthy obsession with creativity, technology, culture, art, film4 and people...
I was born in sleepy Somerset, yet I have aquired a midlands accent and now reside in the busy South East so bit of a mongrel ....or mumm-ra! No, i'm just a mongrel!
ancient spirits of evil... (just kidding)
My Film & Videos To Date (I will upload some of these when I confirm that they are not owned by Rupert Murdoch and that I have not unwittingly surrendered my rights of them). Do check out the people and bands I have name-checked as most are on here and the bands are all worth checking out. Plus what good is a networking site, if you don't network from it???
If you're looking for more info on me, sorry you won't find it here! Call me cynical but peer to peer networking sites are cutting out real-life for people. I won't type out my shoesize and blood type for you here and save the efforts for you later when they should come out as part of a natural conversation!! Also, sorry to disappoint but you won't find mile long blogs from me about what I've done in my daily life or top 20 polls and Q&As about who i last touched or what colour pudding I like eating when I'm bounding through the desert on the back of a mongoose!!
