Between the four of us, odds are good that if you name a band, we've either played it, listened to it, or at least have heard of it. Every band from Blink 182 and MEST to Journey and Van Halen have had some sort of influence on our music. Some of the artists that we play are MEST, Allister, Something Corporate, Good Charolotte, Blink 182, Green Day, Bowling for Soup, RJA, Quietdrive, MXPX, and of course...Project 7 originals!

Do you know who MEST, Something Corporate, Allister, and MXPX are? If you have ever heard of those bands or if you just want to try something new, then come check out Project 7. Project 7 is Connecticut’s only Punk Rock Cover/Original band. It was formed by four ex-members of an established cover band. Project 7's mission is to prove that you don't have to play Bon Jovi to have a good time. We want to play songs that you can drink to, rock out to, but most importantly, have great time listening to. All of the members have 8 plus years experiences as professional gigging musicians either on the bar circuit or in the local original scene. Project 7 brings a pop-punk rock sound to the musical table, but is not limited to any specific style or label. With a rock ballad here and a pop punk anthem there, Project 7 is ready to rock n' roll and brings a new sound to the great state of Connecticut and the Northeast!! Currently the band is hard at work writing new songs for an album to be release in the summer of 2009!
