Project Yourself comenzo su andadura en verano de 2003, pero no es hasta principios de 2004 cuando cuenta con una formacion estable, con la que se empieza a definir el estilo de la banda y a gestarse las primeras canciones, dando dos conciertos y realizando una grabacion de dos temas para el certamen Creajoven 2004, recibiendo buenas criticas y causando buena impresion.
Poco despues, el periodo comprendido entre Septiembre de 2004 y 2005 supone para la banda un momento dificil con multitud de dificultades, al verse sin vocalista y bajista y al borde de la disolucion, deciden poner tierra de por medio a los problemas y seguir ensayando sin vocalista ni bajista, puestos por los que han pasado numerosas personas, todas ellas sin llegar a encajar con la filosofia de la misma. Es entonces cuando en Septiembre de 2005 se une a la banda como vocalista fijo Fermin, que acababa de salir de otro proyecto, con el dan dos conciertos, dando a la banda un nuevo aire, con el que empiezan a encajar los temas. Y es entonces cuando en Enero/Febrero de 2006 Project Yourself logra tener una formacion estable gracias la entrada de Juan al bajo.
En lo referente a canciones, actualmente la banda posee un E.P de tres temas grabados en Febrero de 2006 en Aenima Studios a cargo de Jose Marsilla, y que puedes conseguir gratuitamente en la seccion multimedia de www.thebackstage.net, lo que puede suponer una oportunidad para dar a conocer a la banda.
