Born to scientific inclined music loving parents in the early 80s,Tayo grew up under the influence of both the musical arts and sciences.A musical barrage of soul/rock/hiphop mixtapes played by his older relatives permeated through unconsciously his cerebral membrane coupled with a huge dose of comic book images which eventually aroused his interest in chemistry.This back and forth mass transfer of these influences remained dormant through his early teens,drawing comic books based on novel characters created by himself.To the point of creating a mini group of pre-teen artistic writers and illustrators,after the group disbanded,Tayo stumbled upon the idea of recording mixtapes,starting out as a favour for a friend. Tayo went on to record mixtapes like the local Dj's do back in Nigeria but only that his was cheaper..thinking along the lines of frank lucas.Then about a few months later,on a dark stormy night while working tirelessly in the lab on a new product..a lightning bolt struck through the fibre glass shattering everything both living and non-living in sight.Tayo woke up doused with a significant quantity of audio fibre strands made from a previously unknown chemical to find himself revitalised and energized into the being commonly known as ....TECK-MAN
