projet M.U. is a musical collaboration between Dmitri Marine and Nikita U. In 2005, the project released a non-commercial e.p. - "accidents" - which has circulated among certain circles in Montréal. projet M.U. just completed a two-week run of L'ÉVANGILE SELON SALOMÉ, a show for which the duo wrote and performed the live soundtrack. The band is currently completing another 5-track e.p. "BLOK ROCK" which should be followed-up by the long-anticipated full-length album.
Dmitri Marine is a Montreal-based singer/songwriter and composer. He has composed three soundtracks for Montreal's Théâtre Deuxième Réalité and has done co-writing, production, and co-production for Nikita U's early independent recordings.
Nikita U is singer/ songwriter/ guitarist in Montreal Rock Band Black Waters; has been performing around Montreal and released an eponymous album with Black Waters. He recently released his long-anticipated debut album Morning and Melancholy and is currently working on new material.
