About me: Promise Acres Equestrian Center is a state of the art facility with a 120 x 200 indoor riding arena with a heated and air-conditioned observation room. Included on the facility grounds are 2 smaller riding pens and a round pen. The property also includes access to scenic riding trails along Pretty Water and several big pastures. Also on site is a refreshing crystal clean 1-acre spring pond with a dock and slide to cool off in! We are blessed with 10 wonderful lesson horses who love to teach children and adults the joys of learning to ride.

Private & Beginner Lessons
Private Lesson: $40/lesson
Private Lesson packages (discounted prices!):
4 lessons for $140/month
8 lessons for $260/month
Lesson details: Lessons include instruction on proper methods of grooming & tacking, mount, 1/2 hour of in-arena one-on-one instruction, cool down, untacking and proper grooming. Please arrive on time for assistance with grooming and tacking up lesson horse.
Intermediate/Advanced Group Lessons
Single session price: $35/group lesson
Lesson packages (discounted prices!):
4 group lessons for $120/month
8 group lessons for $200 ($25 per lesson!!)/ month
Lesson details: Lessons include 1 hour of in-arena instruction. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to lesson to allow time to groom and tack up.
Purchase lesson packages each month.
Lesson packages expire at end of 30 days from 1st lesson.
Please give 24 hour notice if unable to attend a scheduled lesson so that you may schedule a make-up lesson.
Promise Acres Summer Day Camp!

Summer camp now offered to boys and girls ages 6 and up for students with no riding experience as well as beginner to advanced riders. Students are divided into groups with each camp based on their experience and riding ability. Campers will have 2 riding lessons per day and will be taught horse safety and care and learn the proper methods for grooming, tacking, leading and mounting. Students will learn the gaits important to English or Western riding, proper position and balance. Emphasis is placed on establishing a balanced and secure seat, instilling confidence and laying a foundation for further development. Sign up for multiple weeks for best advancement. The fun and companionship students experience while being with the horses they love is unforgettable.
2009 SESSION DATES (Monday – Friday, 9am to 4pm):
· 1 week session: June 8th – 12th
· 1 week session: June 15th – 19th
· 1 week session: June 22nd – 26th
· 1 week session: July 6th – 10th
· 1 week session: July 13th – 17th
. 1 week session: July 20th – July 24th
. 1 week session: July 27th - July 31st
2009 SUMMER CAMP PRICES (priced in sessions):
· Enroll for 1 week - $275 (Multiple siblings discount - $250 per child)
· Enroll for 2 weeks - $500
· Before and After care $10 per hour*
*Before care begins at 7am
*After care from 4pm till 6pm
CAMP ACTIVITIES:
· 2 riding lessons/day (students are assigned a horse each session)**
· Arts and crafts
· Learning games
· Swimming and tons of summer fun!!!!
· Each camp session will be visited by an equine veterinarian and horseshoer to demonstrate up keep and horse care.
· The last day of camp the campers will show off their skills to friends and family in a horse show!
**Campers may bring their own horse.
CAMPER'S CHECKLIST:
· Riding helmet (recommended site: statelinetack.com)or a bike helmet
· Shoes with heels
· Long pants or jeans
· Swimming suit, life jacket, towel
· Sunscreen
· Sacked lunch, water bottle, snack
