First of all, The Ramones!
Switchin' to Glide with The Kings!
Small Faces, anyone? :-) This is Happiness Stan, the first part of an interesting multi-part song on the second half of the Ogden's Nut Gone Flake CD.
TMBG, of course... (Particle Man from their Flood album)
and a tribute to the late Jerry Garcia, guitarist and vocalist for the Greatful Dead (set to the Dead's song Ripple off their American Graffiti album)...
a little Moody Blues (live version of Never Comes The Day) from a concert in Paris on 1970.
and last but not least, a beautful song I just saw a few days ago by Marianne Faithful - Something Better (from the Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus concert in 1968):
Wait! One more! Add it up! Violent Femmes! Yes! :-)
And here's a token classical number: Toccata in F Major, written by J.S. Bach and performed by Balint Karosi (who isn't E Power Biggs, but his version is still very good, IMO). I like closing my eyes and getting lost to this. :-)
Oh yeah. More... :-)

About me: I'm a 46-year-old guy who grew up in the Twin Cities and is currently stuck in Atlanta ... and actually kinda liking it down here. Happily married to a wonderful woman named Sarrah (aka Sashibala), and living with her and four kitties in a nice house in Mableton.
I'm a hermit of sorts, which means I don't have much of a social life (unless you count web forums and USENET), and I like doing quiet stuff like watching TV, playing on my PCs, reading, or listening to music (classical, classic rock, some eclectic stuff).
Not much else for now, but I'll fill in more later as I have time. I just started this on Christmas Day ... uh ... a long time ago now. Okay, that excuse doesn't work anymore. Maybe I was abducted by aliens?? :-)
Who I'd like to meet: Since my wife and I have a rather open relationship, I'd really love to meet someone that I can spend some time with, get to know, and maybe play with from time to time. :-)
Oh yeah, and I'd also like to meet the Swedish Bikini Team on a hot summer day in an isolated grotto somewhere. With a nice warm sudsy waterfall. :-)
Happy Birthday to you.Happy Birthday to you.Happy Birthday dear RIIIIchhhhhhhhhh.Happy Birthday to you.And many more.Hope you have a great Birthday.See you guys tomorrow.
