Proper:
Chiefly British Informal. Complete or
thorough: a proper thrashing.
Gander:
Slang. A look: Take a gander at his new shoes.
Propaganda:
Information, ideas, or rumors deliberately
spread widely to help or harm a person, group,
movement, institution, nation, etc.
Proper-Gander:
A thorough look at deliberately spreading
musical ideas (or rumors) to a specific
movement changing the way it is heard.
