Prophecy is a hip hop artist, songwriter, actor, and entertainer. He has been making music since the age of 9. In 2002, Prophecy and his lifelong best friend Tyrone ‘Big Tee’ formed the record label ‘Monsta Music’. With P’s musical talents and Big T’s business acumen it has proved a powerful combination. While writing and producing for himself and other artists Prophecy’s extreme work ethic has kept up his tremendous grind. Prophecy has a swagger like no other with a marketable image and marketing scheme to push him thru the throws of super stardom. He has the potential to be a trend setting sex symbol with innovative and amazing music. Prophecy possesses the talent to write commercially acceptable music without compromising his talents and skill. He makes good music that is both catchy and mainstream acceptable, yet his undeniable craft and superstar aura shines through. Al while never forgetting where he came from and blessing the streets with bangers they can ride to as well. Prophecy’s debut release in late 2002 ‘Dysfunctional Mentalz’ exudes his raw talent. Long hard hours from hand to hand sales, selling from the trunk of his car and during performances around the New England area lead to that release selling over 8000 copies. This began the buzz which brought fans in from all over the region. Prophecy has done hundreds of performances, and has performed in every venue that houses hip hop acts in the Boston/New England area. In 2003, P organized his own college/club tour. Prophecy has had songs played on every radio station that plays hip hop in Massachusetts as well as the New England region. P has a solid fan base which is only getting stronger. Other releases include the mix tape ‘Fresh Out The Gate’ in 2004 and ‘The Pin Is Out Of The Grenade’ in 2005, which sold 5,000 copies in 1 month and went on to sell 10,000 copies. During 2005 and 2006, Prophecy realized that the digital revolution was changing music across the planet. With a degree in Marketing and the internet, P logged on and started reaching out to markets on every continent. Fans, DJs, MCs, Producers and Writers across the world were starting to join the Monsta Music camp. Features on compilations and spins on Internet Radio in cities such as Berlin, Tokyo, London, Paris, St. Petersburg, Perth and even Reykjavik, Iceland showed that music really is a universal language. The trunk sales became internet downloads and slots in online stores like iTunes with consistently building sales. Prophecy’s charismatic, energetic and commanding stage presence have expanded his following. Features in local newspapers, radio, television programs, compilation CDs and DVDs have added to P’s following. ‘State of Emergency’ a 21 track mix tape release in 2007 has proved to be Prophecy’s biggest success to date, selling 20,000 copies worldwide. ‘Whippin’ It’ which is produced by J.R. Rotem, is the first single from Prophecy and his supergroup, ‘A-List’, put together by multi-platinum G-unit producer Chad Beatz. ‘Whippin’ It’ has been getting major success over seas from DJs and has been placed in rotation in Germany, Japan, London and Italy. P’s tracks have been featured on both Sirius and XM Radio. Prophecy is also a member of the Bloody Bean Coalition, (a Wu Tang-like 9 member supergroup). He is featured on the BBCo album titled ‘6et 1n 7ouch, Volume One’. Prophecy is promoting his latest release ‘I’m A Monsta’, which dropped 6/7/08, P hs been working with well-known multi-platinum Producer Joey P on his next release. Prophecy is almost finished with his latest mixtape" World War P: The Global Domination. With which Prophecy has for which he plans on getting major label backing.
