ProRata are a four piece indie/alternative outfit, based in Basildon, Essex. The band formed in 2006 with a vision to create original, energetic and very catchy songs, which could easily be translated into a great live show. The early song writing efforts showed promise, however the band have now got their act together from a writing perspective. They have developed a sound that is unique but at the same time, totally accessible and extremely commercially viable.
Prorata now have a significant web presence and have been working hard on developing this over the last 12 months. ProRata are a band that really mean business, intent on delivering a quality product.
A key factor that make Prorata stand out from the crowd, is the band comprises of four musicians passionate about what they do, working tirelessly to make the band the best it can be. The live show has gone from strength to strength, with the band now delivering very powerful, consistent, dynamic performances.
