I thinks a book a lot of people read because its kinda short and it makes them sound WELL READ AND SMRAT. But that's only my opinion. XD I only got it cos i was starved for a book and it was the only good thing at Target ( amoungst the Nora Roberts and Twilight) Well I'ld still call that enjoying reading. I mean if you get something out of it that you care that much about I'd call it enjoyment. xD ITS OKAYYYY. Also Dune is in my re read list and its partially your fault. bire was talking about it, and its in that group of books I read in middle school and hardly remember. then at the used bookstore I found it and decided I'd go ahead and get it (books for only ONE DOLLAR ITS FREAKING HEAVENNNNN) Yeah We watched One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, and I told her the book was one of the best books I've ever read, and when she told me she checked out a copy at school i was like 8O!!!!!! (by the way holy crap One Flew Over the Cuckoos is seriously in my top three books [[along with Gone With The Wind and The Last Unicorn]] if you ever just..find yourself at a book loss. that is a fast read and a good mindwarp)

After I finish Lonesome Dove I've got six books waiting in line (although I've already read all of those, but its the time to READ) Whats weird is in my last comment to you i almost mentioned Catcher In the Rye. It was OKAYYYY and all but it didn't particularly excite me. I finished it in a night and decided that I had at least read the freaking CLASSIC ZOMGGG and its out of the way, Also I don't believe you one bit when you say you don't like reading. xD No one who hates reading pays so much attention to it. YOU MUST ADMIT IT TO YOURSELF. I'm addicted to reading. If I don't have a book next to my bed to grab its like hell. There was a good 6 months where I had nothing to read and I about lost my mind (I started re reading my favorite series, but it was done with all too quickly, and I'll stop now cos i could type about two fucking pages about how its the most imaginative series of books that puts Harry Potter to shame with its creativity) Get me talking about books and you get these long ass comments. And this is the abridged version of my babble. poor brie doesn't care for books so much and she has to hear me babble about HOW FUCKING FANTASTIC [ENTERBOOKHERE] WAS AND HOW IT WAS THE MOST BRILLIANT PIECE OF LITERATURE THIS FUCKING WEEK

I was assigned 1984 too, but I'd already read it (happened with animal farm too, and To Kill a Mockingbird.) I dunno maybe its just me but I didn't enjoy it. I still have it on my bookshelf though. Sometimes I'll read something through once and hate it, and if i ever get bored enough to try it again I'll end up liking it. I read it when I was 15, and the only part that got me excited is OOOBOY THEY GO TO LOUISVILLE (but I mean the area in Louisville they talk about is my freaking neighborhood, so I had a bit of a right i guess xD) Otherwise I didn't care about ritzy fuckers in New York. xD EVERY TIME WE TALK TIA WE END UP DISCUSSING BOOKS.

I read all the time but whenever i was assigned a book it always made it the most dull book ever. Makes me wonder if I missed a good read. XD No you know what a wordy and boring fucking book is? The Great Gatsby. One of my best buds LOVESS it but its like the most boring fucking book on the planet.
