It was purchased by a man in Wasilla Alaska. The NW coastal Indians have used masks for generations to symbolize the moon. When I look at it, I think mask or moon? I love it for its simplicity and details at the same time. Doesn't it have the feeling of a more peaceful world ? Last week we narrowly escaped the ravishing fires in San Diego county. Settling back into a routine feels so comforting. Our main task is preparing evacuation boxes to store in our garage so that the next time we are ready to go at a moment's notice.
