ProtegePlan have been together since the spring of 2006, although Summer of 2006 and the Christmas period of the same year involved long and slightly disruptive breaks. Nevertheless, The Plan managed to squeeze in a couple of gigs in the autumn and are now ready to being exploring the local music scene.
January 2007 saw the already well-established Ben Johnson (see November Criminals, Naked Twister, etc.) join the lineup to compliment Robin as guitarist and vocalist #2. This will give the band the chance to explore its full live sound, as well as to explore more complex and interesting arrangements. We hope. ProtegePlan still hope to hit the studio in the spring 2007 to get some solid material onto disc and out to the public... watch this space (okay, so you have been... keep watching).
