L'Associazione Protocollo C3 è senza scopo di lucro, indipedente ed apartitica. L'associazione ha sede in Roma, ed è stata fondata nel 2007 da Andrea Casamassima, Stefano Santori ed Alessandro V. Frittelli.
MISSION: Contribuire ad un vero cambiamento della politica italiana che parta dalla base e quindi dai cittadini, rispettando, sia la libertà di questi ultimi, sia quella dei candidati alle elezioni, che saranno messi in grado di dimostrare oggettivamente sul campo la loro capacità di essere buoni amministratori.

Protocollo C3 is non-profit, independent and non-party organization which has its headquarter in Rome, and was founded in 2007 from Andrea Casamassima, Stefano Santori and Alessandro v. Frittelli.
MISSION: Contribute to a true change in the Italian policy that starts from the base and so from the citizens, respecting, their freedom as far as the freedom of the candidates to the elections. In this way the candidates, once elected, will be enabled to objectively show their capacity to be good managers and administrators.
