A Partnership Between AAA Auto Club South & Budweiser


Since its inception in 1998, "Tow to Go" has safely removed more than 8,600 drunk drivers from the roads and is celebrating its 10-year anniversary.

* FREE and open to both AAA members and non-members (100% confidential)

* Call 1-800-AAA-HELP -- the call will be directed to a ERS Call Center

* The AAA tow truck takes the vehicle and the driver safely home

Program History AAA Auto Club South and Gold Coast Eagle Distributors, Inc. teamed up in Manatee County to offer the Tow to Go between Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve in Bradenton/Palmetto in 1998.

Purpose This program is designed to protect both the intoxicated driver and the motoring public from avoidable car crashes.

2007 Call Volume In 2007, AAA Auto Club South received 1,652 calls. Since the program's inception, over 8,600 intoxicated drivers have decided to use Tow to Go vs. getting behind the wheel when their sobriety was in question.

Hey North Tampa / Lutz - if you appreciate live music and "real music", then  make The Proud Lion your new "hangout"! As for you young & aspiring musicians-come out & learn the "roots" up-close from players that have been there! The Proud Lion is an intimate, friendly, & clean atmosphere, with better food than anywhere else in the area. Thanks Johnny for giving us another venue to sling our axes - these days, such places are far & few inbetween.

Thank you so much Proud Lion, JGLB, Dirty E,  and all the wonderful muscians for sharing your awesome talents with me there You are  all rockin musicians  and great food too.  Soul filling to say the least.  Hang in there you guys we all appreciate your extreme hard efforts and know that starting a new business in this economy is not especially easy to say the least.  But you got something speacial goingon there, remember that.  Be a team and you'll have a winner.  You already are in my book.

And to the staff, You know who you are, please don't shoot Johnny :BIG SMILE: "You are the BOMB!" And Dana , I luv you babe but please don't lose my getto cup,  AKA GOT MILK? She's been through a lot with me.  :Smile:  Thanks again for everything.  You are A T.C.Inc girl hang in there.
