New Czech Woodstock (a 20-year history of Trutnov Music Festival) Language: Czech with English subtitles
"At the time when the Communist Eastern Bloc prevented such harmless things as music festivals, Czechoslovakians were determined to have their own 'Woodstock'- and some were imprisoned for it. By 1987 (two years before the Velvet Revolution), Trutnov Festival was underway, watched nervously by the Secret Police. New Czech Woodstock documents the 20 year history of Trutnov Festival, revealing the ups and downs of this historic gathering, and as well some of the aftershock of the revolutionary Charter 77 human rights document authored during the Soviet occupation."
