Last Stop on the Road to Wrestlelution!
Pro Wrestling Ohio presents its largest show ever Sunday afternoon, August 3 at the Plain Dealer Pavilion in Cleveland, Ohio as PWO presents “Wrestlelution”. This weekend on TV is the final new episode of PWO TV before the historic August 3 afternoon card. The voice of PWO, Joe Dombrowski, runs down all the late-breaking hot news, matches, attractions, and much more that will make Wrestlelution one of the most memorable extravaganzas in quite some time. Time is winding down, anticipations are heightening, Wrestlelution is merely days away!
Official Contract Signing: Jason Bane vs. “Indestructible” Cronus w/Agent Aaron Maguire
For months, the speculation has raged: Who is the Most Dominant Man in PWO? Is it the unofficial locker room enforcer in Jason Bane or the enraged and focused destruction-machine Cronus, with greedy and conniving Aaron Maguire by his side. After countless confrontations, after a restraining order that kept Bane from touching either adversary, and after all the pent-up anger and rage, it will finally become official. Bane, Cronus, and Maguire all put their names on the dotted line and seal their fate for August 3. Will Cronus emerge victorious at Wrestlelution and allow his antagonizing agent to pocket $5,000 of Bane’s cash? Or will the 6’8 mammoth defeat the undefeated and gain what he wants more than anything: 5 minutes in the ring alone with Aaron Maguire?
Comments from Johnny Gargano and Gregory Iron on “Last Man Standing”
Without question, the most personal and violent rivalry leading into Wrestlelution is the inevitable explosive confrontation between Johnny Gargano and Gregory Iron. Ever since the underdog Iron scored the ultimate upset by pinning Gargano, and Gargano retaliated after months of building insecurity and frustration with a near homicidal beating ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOVcxlIbPuk ), PWO fans and insiders alike have been buzzing about what would happen when they met in one of wrestling’s most dangerous matches. This week, Iron and Gargano offer their final comments before the battle, addressing the dangers of the match itself, to their deep-rooted personal issues for one another. These powerful, emotional, and candid comments will be broadcasted unedited this weekend.
Open Mixed Tag Match Challenge: Josh Prohibition & Ashley Lane vs. ??? & ???
Ashley Lane returned to the PWO landscape just in time to see her frequent charge Prohibition cement himself as one of the PWO elite. Prohibition will battle decade-long rival/partner “M-Dogg 20” Matt Cross at Wrestlelution in the final chapter to their epic story together, with the winner becoming PWO’s first ever Heavyweight champion. Meanwhile, Ashley Lane has issued an open challenge to any female athlete to battle her one-on-one on August 3. With M-Dogg training for his return to PWO rings, and no one accepting Lane’s challenge as of yet, Josh & Ashley have issued another open challenge: for a mixed tag match. Any male and female wrestler are eligible. Who will stand up to the challenge? Will Prohibition & Lane build momentum toward Wrestlelution? And what role will their opposition play?
Matthew Justice & Morty Rackem vs. The Clash
Rackem & Justice, dubbed “Pirate Justice” by many of our great fans, are preparing for their ultimate test: a Triple Threat Ladder Match August 3 at Wrestlelution, against the teams of Jake Crist & Vincent Nothing, and Virus & Virus Grande. This week, they battle The Clash, who are in preparation for a special Ten Man Elimination Tag Match as part of Wrestlelution. It was announced last week, that Team Clash’s opposition, Team Hobo Joe, would include wrestling’s only one-legged wrestler, “Tenacious” Zach Gowen. Will The Clash be able to build momentum leading to August 3? And what about the rumors that PWO management has a major announcement concerning the Triple Threat Ladder Match that will raise the bar even farther?
Mike Tolar vs. Chris LeRusso
Mike Tolar considers himself PWO’s one and only true superstar. From a stand-out amateur athletic background, to his impressive win-loss record in Pro Wresting Ohio, Tolar is a very gifted natural athlete, and he doesn’t let you forget it. After several weeks of demanding competition, one man announced he was up for the challenge: Legendary WWE Hall of Famer Greg “The Hammer” Valentine! Tolar battles The Hammer August 3 at Wrestlelution, but this week he takes on another man with amateur credentials, martial arts stand-out Chris LeRusso. Will Tolar send a message to The Hammer or will his ego be taken down a peg before he even gets to the Plain Dealer Pavilion?
Remember, Pro Wrestling Ohio is only available on Sports Time Ohio! If Sports Time Ohio is NOT part of your DirecTV or Dish Network package, no matter where in the U.S. you are, call your satellite provider today and demand STO! Check local listings or www.sportstimeohio.com for times!

hey i gotta hand it to you. you got me. i had not watched PWO for a couple of weeks, and i was watching it on my tivo and i saw the greg iron graphic: 1987-2008. I was shocked and started looking online and shit. only to go back to the tv and see prohibtion and gargano's funeral segement. Hahaha!
Debuting on Wednesday May 21st !!! P.W.O. "Sound-Guy" TOM STORM teams up with MARIA from WMMS for "Big Hair Wednesdays-Unleashed" on Wednesday Nights from 9 - 11 PM @ The Jigsaw Saloon & Stage 5324 State Rd. in Parma... Then stick around after 11, as I bring out the "heavier stuff"!!!
Saw you guys on TV tonight. Good stuff! You guys are almost as good as WSX was, and that's sayin' something.
I used to be a wrestler before things fell apart. I might like to come down and train with you guys or something, once I get my college education finished, lol. Later!
i love the show, i watch it every week. i can see gargano, bane, cross, prohibition and many more becoming huge stars someday, not just in ohio. its great to see the business getting back to the indies again, it was all wwe for far too long. im watching the show right now lol....
but for real, you NEED a second announcer. joe dombrowski does good but he needs to lose the monotone, almost uninterested tempo in his voice. i just seen a nice move and he said "lookout" as if he couldnt care less. he just needs time and exp...and a second announcer.
I tuned in this week hoping jamie scott was back from his suspension for 'crossing the line', and i see a Jimmy Demarco promo instead that was one of the most disturbing things I've ever heard. That doesn't add up, please let the loyal fans of PWO know what the real issue is with Jamie Scott. He's one of the main reasons my friends and I tuned in. Thank you.
