ProXymo - musical project by russian composer Evgeny Pakhomov. Evgeny writes music for television, motion pictures and theatrical plays. His range of music from club mixes to instrumental ballads.
"ShockWave" is his first album. Analog and digital technologies combined creating interesting sound for everyone.
"I create music, in which everybody may find their own history" - Evgeny says.
In 2003, I co-produced two remixes for Ariaphonics Divine Light(remix) and A Dulcet Spell(remix) ,that were later released on Ariaphonics Remixes EP.
With his album 'Shockwave' Proxymo will grap your attention, hold it and hypnotize you, take you on a trip into his world to eventually let you land back savely, but so much more inspired and enthousiastic, in your own reality. Attractive, seductive, loveable, phenomenal and airy like a summer breeze... take your pick, it's all in there. Evgeny's music is constantly moving, building, peaking and breaking without loosing sight on the purpose and intention of the songs. The production is top notch. The mix is incredible, with it's wide and deep environment and carefully selected sounds 'Shockwave' constantly makes you wonder what is coming next, if you listen to the album by yourself, as well as setting the right mood for any party with some friends. Obvious talent and knowledge are displayed on a grand scale here. Any DJ should be eager to play this music in his/her set. It's simply that good.
I don't do many of these,but I just love this album.It has such a cool feel,and I don't think I can listen to just one song without listening to the whole album."Shockwave" really set's the mood,and I like how it changes with "Your History..." then takes you back up with "Flash".Glad to have this album,and recommended it to everyone!Sweet Work!

How are you doing? Your space hasn’t changed much lately. No new songs? Well these ones still sound good. Why change a winning team? Not much has changed at our space as well, but we’ve got a new song up. It’s called Symphony No. 1, and it’s about a battle between a genetically manipulated clown and a ninja with sealed away daemonic powers (see the blog for more information).
