  • Movies

Lately my movie horizons have been expanding. (My most favorite genre has to be horror, by far!) Any cheesy, bloody scary movie! :) I finally watched and loved Alice in Wonderland. My all time very favorite is Disney's Cinderella. Instinct is amazing. P.S. I love you made me cry, but it was incredible. The Pianist is great too. The Serpent and the Rainbow was good. All about Eve, Monkey Business, Where the Boys are, a summer place, Barefoot Countessa, I want to Live, Gone with the Wind, Reefer Madness, Some like it Hot, Rebecca, Rear Window, Psycho.... pretty much any black and white movie, especially if Hitchcock had anything to do with it! I love old movies! Mr. Brooks, Katt Williams Pimp Chronicals, American Hustle, the Doors, Lord of War, the Labyrinth, Legend, MirrorMask, Dracula, Immortal Beloved, the Quills and anything with Gary Oldman, Richard Pryor or Adrian Brody. I also like poetic, independant artsy films. Cinema Paradiso for example. (Thanks, HoSik!)

  • Heroes

Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket First and foremost my heroes are the ones who go unnoticed. The tortured ones that can find no words to explain their pain, yet manage to get through the hard times without others influences. My Grandparents, Rachie and Grandaddy are such an amazing source of stability and unconditional love for me. Kevin Smith is a genius. I have some of the best friends anyone could ask for. I'm so blessed to have my amazing girls in my life. The friends that I love with all that I am. Also, I would count these beautiful women as heroes as well: Jane Goodall, Anais Nin, Sylvia Plath, Frida Kahlo, and oddly enough, Chelsea Handler, and of course the ultimate one

MySpace Layouts & MySpace Graphics Lacey Baggett Byrd's Facebook profile First and most importantly I have to say that my Mom and Grandparents are my life. Without them, I wouldn't be here. My mother is the most loving, forgiving, amazing woman I've ever met. She's my voice of reason during confusion and my calm in the chaos. I can only hope to be half as good of a person as she is. She's simply incredible. My sister is my other half. And my beautiful neice Ryleigh Grace and my perfect new nephew, Blade Paxton are my motivation each day. Okay, with that said I'll talk about myself. I AM BEAUTIFULLY FLAWED. So I'm human. I screw things up a lot. I get screwed over a lot too. That's life and I refuse to become bitter. I'll never say anything behind your back that I won't say to your face. I'm honest. I try hard to be a good person. But I definately have that bad girl streak in me! I do what I think is right. And when it's proven I am wrong, I'll humbly admit that too. I love my friends. I love my family. I love my babies (Millie and Mars and the late, wonderful Max). I'm an artist, poet, writer, and romantic. I love life and I'm loving the way things are turning out. I'm passsionate about animal rights, the rights of the innocents and my art. My ultimate goal in life is to go to South Africa and work for the Jane Goodall Institute, saving the monkeys! I’ve become obsessed with death and what’s on the other side. Some think it’s morbid. I look at it from an educational standpoint. I want to know all I can about the paranormal and spiritual worlds. I’ve always felt a pull toward these studies. It’s amazing what can happen when you believe. *“For those who believe no explanation is necessary; For those who do not, none will suffice.” -unknown *I love love love Kat Williams and Hello Kitty, owls and I'm a shark fanatic! Who I'd like to meet:

If only I could go back in time... I'd meet Marilyn Monroe, Gustav Klimt, Frida Kahlo, Vincent van Gogh, Andy Warhol, Charlie Chaplin, Anais Nin, Jim Morrison Salvador Dali and Jimi Hendrix. I'd also be best friends with Janis Joplin... I'd love to have met Rachie's mom, but I feel her with me anyway. *Photobucket *Photobucket
