Patrick is a 2008 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Management. Patrick, begin his music management career with a local band Derailed from Oxford, MS. He went onto manage Haywood Drive, which featured Wayne Garrett and Pat McAllister. Pat McAllister posted a number one hit on the independent market with "Still Some Midnights". In addtion, he worked with "The River Road Band", who opened for Steve Azar. Finally, he worked with "The King Bailey Band", which feature Barry Swain, who was the lead guitar player for "Bobby Whitlock". Bobby Whitlock would later become a member of the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame.
Dean is an honors graduate of Ole Miss with a BBA in Management Information Systems. In his younger days, he played in a home-town multi-genre band, Destiny. Destiny would go on to open for Doug Kersaw, a Louisiana music icon.
