Flowering Vine	Jun 9 2006 4:39 PM Thank u darling. :) I am very much enjoying my spelt products... I got some spelt english muffins for b-fast... mmm. lol. haven't had ginger snaps in a while... I used to be such a cookie monster- i dunno what happened to me... i still love a good cookie now and again- but overall i seem to have satiated my sweet tooth... I like that I do not crave sweet so intensely anymore... I prefer to not have anything tugging at me... especially if it's not that good for me... I am choosing a proper time for me to go on a cleanse... I am quite health conscious- so it shouldn't be too much of a detox... mainly I just want to give my system a rest, and there are other aspects and benefits to cleansing that I enjoy- spiritually, mentally, energetically, etc... So I am looking forward to it. Anyway- I am going to get outside asap! It is actually not raining right now!!! The weather here has been sh*t! Grrrrrr!!! I better get some air before it starts coming down again... Why can't it rain once a week? Why must it rain over long stretches of time, and then not at all for too long as well? Uy! Wish the creator would do sum'n bout that- balance it out a bit... Constant rain is such a bummer. How are U? How is the weather where u r? I hope you are good, and enjoying the late spring... I love your music. U r wonderful. :) Oh... Please check out Billy Bragg's music site... He posted some questionable information about myspace's policy re: artist's music... It is in question wether myspace's terms allow myspace the rights to use any artist's music posted up on myspace...etc... to do what they want w/ and not have to pay the artist for using their music!!! I am not certain that this is def. the case... but Billy Bragg is getting a lawyer to look into it- and he'll keep us posted. so- check it out- seems pertinant. ;) OK-ttys. Blessings. Liana
