Influences
I am influenced by different shapes in the universe, and the way all the shapes interact to form new shapes. I am influenced by all my talented friends. I am influenced by the hidden code and processes that make everything work. And, of course, I am influenced by the music I listen to:
And bands I've been lucky enough to play with: Tiger Cub, Pisces at the Animal Fair, Wolf Recovery Program, Rice The Sound Transmitter, Science Ninja Team, Sewing Machines, Jacob Quinn, Mute With Stupefaction, The Rhinoceros Pact, Peril Per Capita, Truman and His Trophy, Cream Tangerine
Sounds Like
"Great name? Hell yes. Great sound? Hell yes." - Aural Satisfaction read the whole thing
"This one man electronic project takes its name from a Pokemon character but you wont find any child’s play on this record. What you will find is a ton of long, beat-heavy ambient songs that show a rather large Boards of Canada influence. Also in the gene pool are noticeable influences from the likes of Four Tet, Isan and Autechre." - We Are Media Junkies read the whole thing

Psychic Attack of the Psyduck's Friend Space (Top 16)
Rodoid is back in business with a new release by Trigerfinger, a promising electronic duo based in Thelassoniki (Greece). Their first EP, Other people's inventions is definitely dancefloor material, an expert blend of uncompromising beats, experimental textures and weird sample manipulation resulting in a surprising and unusual funkiness.
