About me:

I'm trying to be an artist. I'm a canary in the coal-mine. I tend to relate more to fictional characters than "real people." I like to whistle past the graveyard, and do the cemetery polka. I believe it ain't no sin to take off your skin and dance around in your bones. I incessantly quote song lyrics and movies. What kind of beer do ya like? I'm fragile, just like any girl would be, so treat me delicately.

I am very frank, and it is quite something to know me in private life. I hate people when they're not polite. I prefer to eat the rude whenever possible.

DAVID LYNCHminiFEST - SATURDAY AUGUST 22, 2009 @ The Windup Space 12 W. North Avenue, Baltimore, MD
    4:00pm – 1:00am / $5
DAVID LYNCHminiFEST 2009 – A salute to American film icon David Lynch featuring Angelo Badalamenti tribute band CHUG-A-LUG DONNA. This is for the true Lynch-heads. David worked on two television projects in the early 90’s, neither of which are currently available in any commercial form and have not been in circulation since the heyday of the VHS boom. As the popular analog tape format died off, many, many films have been lost in the technological transition from film to tape to the current digital media. The EAST COAST BOOKHOUSE BOYS AV CLUB is dedicated to preserving such works. This will be a seated, cabaret style affair. Coffee, pie, donuts, owls and all the damn fine hospitality you have come to expect from the good folks at David Lynchfest. We will be having our yearly big-big Fest next April 2010 in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Twin Peaks with new bands and even more garmonbozia! Stay tuned. The Owls are not what they seem.
4:00pm – 6:00pm – “HOTEL ROOM” –Harry Dean Stanton and Crispin Glover.
    6:00pm - 7:00pm - CHUG-A-LUG DONNA with The LOG LADY – Early set
7:00pm – 10:00pm – “ON-THE-AIR”- The short lived, much loved, very odd 7 episode TV series.
    10:00pm - 11:00pm - CHUG-A-LUG DONNA with The LOG LADY – Late set
11:00 – 1:00 – “MULHOLAND DRIVE TV PILOT” – The original version for the launching of a tv series.

I've been good. I'm looking for a job currently. I'm not sure if I want to take my old job back working for my university when Fall roles around. So I'm looking for something new.

I guess Herzog was a fan of Ghost Rider. It looks, from the trailer at least, as though both he and Cage wanted to make the worst, most laughable film imaginable and on this evidence they've succeeded. Is it meant to be a comedy? With Cage's bad acting you always get unintentional laughs. I didn't spot Brad Dourif in the trailer, I wonder how big his role is? Looks like he's returned for Rob Zombie's Halloween 2.

Looks like Nicolas Cage may have surpassed The Wicker Man remake with this:

Zomg....did you hear Trent is engaged? I didn't even think he was dating. I guess that's why NIN is taking a break. How can you write angst filled songs about place settings and cake? You can't, really.
