Psycho Gypsy has had a long history Starting as far back as 1992 when Timm Tantrum and Eddie Electra started the band. We would not be anywhere if it were not for the fans and the many wonderful people we have met along the way. Psycho Gypsy is a band who is doing fairly well for not having any major media attention. This is probably due to the fact that they dominate a genre that is largely unexplored by the music industry. Their Guns n Roses/Motley Crue type influence is now largely popular with the record buying demographic but is also a style that not too many bands reside in. With this being the case Psycho Gypsy are becoming popular with an audience in which they have little serious competition. With even more attention brought to this genre due to the success of bands like Velvet Revolver and more recently the release of Guns N Roses' Chinese Democracy and Motley Crue's Saints of Los Angeles, Psycho Gypsy seem poised to dominate this genre being one of the only newer bands of this particular style.
Over the course of 2008 Psycho Gypsy has sold CDs worldwide to countries including the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, France, Canada, Austria, Germany, Japan and even Israel. 2009 may prove to be an even bigger year for the band.
1994 Psycho Gypsy plays second live show and packs the world famous Mason Jar night club in Phoenix after creating a buzz for being Phoenix’s “only glam rock band”

2000 Psycho Gypsy splits to pursue other projects with Psycho Gypsy front man Eddie re-locating to Hollywood California. Eddie would later go on to tour North America coast to coast several times in the intervening years.
July 2007 Psycho Gypsy drummer Mykel Geyman is found dead after a motorcycle accident in Iowa.
