Psy-Fi has done many a show since it's beginnings in '01, but there's no mystery as to where the band got it's start. In fact most of the band's fan base resides south o' the ol' border there in that Industrial town they call Mexicali, and are only recently building a fan base in Impeial Valley...but don't be fooled...Psy-fi has indeed drawn attention from other parts of this hemisphere and the next.
This small town rock band, has big music, and has had the pleasure of performing in such places as Tommy's Casino, Brick by Brick, Dreamstreet, Club Goldfingers, Fiestas del Sol, Mexicali en la Playa, Yuma, Arizona and of course who could ever forget Brawley and Westmorland. chirp. chirp. OK, OK it was for a good cause.
Psy-fi has opened for national touring acts north and south of the border.
The group's music has been featured on radio stations in Imperial Valley, Mexicali and San Diego.
Psy-Fi's sound has been compared to that of the Doors and the Animals, as well as the Rolling Stones, and we definitely have the influences, but judge for yourself...
