My name is Wayne Boucon but this page is not about me. This page is intended as a networking resource for friends, artists, musicians, DJ's, promoters, photographers and anyone with a unique and creative perspective on life! However, to explain its origin and mission, I'll share a little bit of personal history. My graphical interests include fractal graphics and photography. I have also been listening to various forms of alternative/electronica music since the early seventies when I discovered artists such as Kraftwerk, Wendy Carlos, Fripp and Eno, Larry Fast and Steve Hillage. After time, maturity and technology evolved my tastes in art and music, I came to the realization that both electronica (with an emphasis on trance and goa) and fractal and similar computer-generated graphics, have a physical impact on the senses.
I believe that fractal graphics can be interpreted literally as visual representations of what may lie beyond this world, this life, this experience. Fractal math explains much about the construction of the Universe and the world we live in. I don't think it's a great stretch to apply a little imagination and visualize vistas of other worlds and spiritual planes in these images.
Psychedelic Trance, Goa, Ambient, Acid, Hardcore, Trip-hop, Industrial, Techno, House and many other forms of music can affect a person physically, emotionally and psychologically. The most obvious impact being experienced on the dance floor where excitement and sensuality surge and adrenaline rushes. The experience is different when surfing the Web or enjoying some quiet time, listening to your iPOD and dreamily imagining yourself transporting anywhere in the Universe instantly. With the uplifting affect of this music and glimpse into other realities offered by fractal art, it is not impossible to gain a new spiritual insight into Existence.
PLEASE take the time to look at all my friends! This is a very special group of people and they all merit your attention and have much to offer.
