Pete, you know I am studying creative writing at uni now? Probably not. Anyway, my whole class thinks I am a little bit psychotic now, because the last piece I wrote was from the point of view of a house that falls in on its new owners and kills them.

I just thought you might appreciate that.

    Are you writing still?

Hey Peter, how have you been? I'm doing well. I'm still dealing with school since I took like 4 years off after graduation, so now I'm finishing up a degree in communications in NorCal. Also, me and my man are expecting a baby in August. Crazy, huh? I was looking at your pictures from China- that's really cool. I got to go on my first real trip outside the country last summer to Israel with this student Jew group. It was so amazing! ...So there's this alumni weekend thing at HVS (Beasant Hill), I don't know if you know about it, but I just thought I'd let everyone know in hopes that more of my friends will be there. It's on June 7th and 8th of this year. Here's the link to the info/registration page: https://www.netdirectories.com/~hvs/oler2.cgi?1009
    Hope you can make it.
    Take care,
    April

    roar!
By living in a reality pre-constructed by others, a person’s main form of individuality is expressed more through how one is able to appear, rather than what one can do or be. Those in power encourage this counterfeit individuality, as it is not seen as a threat but as merely entertainment to be embraced or rejected and then classified as the stereotype that ‘the appearing’ one most closely resembles. The manifestation of the person ‘who appears’ does not appear for oneself, but for safety, this is the objectification of the living.
