in need of advice...

I'm 26 and work FT, and take night classes (my prereq's for grad school). I still have to take my physics classes and i've already taken physics 1 twice and bombed (it's my hardest subject).

Basically I'm on the fence if I wanna go for my DPT or settle for being a PTA. I'm on the border of a 3.0 and the DPT programs are highly competetive, longer application process, longer program (u know the drill) and I'd be 31 by the time I graduated IF (big if) I got accepted to a DPT program. (not exactly plus in my book).

the pta programs are shorter, quicker application time, little less competitive, i could be done b4 i'm 30 if all goes well, get outta debt faster since i'm not exactly rolling in dough right now.

problem is I'm not sure if i'll wind up 45 regreting my decision, wondering if i could've done it, with a family that wants more than I can help provide them with. Not that I'm in the field for the $, I love PT with all my heart but ofcourse I wanna provide well for the fam i'd like to have one day. Anyway, was wondering if anyone here has been through a similar thought process.

Hey!

Thanks for the comment.
We're doing wonderful.
How about you guys?

And ahaha... well kind of.
We're just a group of wild kids... one is going to be a PT, one is going to be an OT and the rest is somewhere in the middle of it which is not really healthcare related... but we're one big happy family!

=)

You guys better have a wonderful tuesday!
