Don't cut a line in my grandma's sky She made it for me With rays of light to let me know its alright sends help to me Creamscicle sky like she gave me summers gone by I know she loved me so when I look up and see that white line (Airplane), please don't cut a line in my grandma's sky
She made me a Creamscicle sky with vanilla rays of sun-shine cutting through the darkness of this time I just knew it had to be My sign
Bright orange skies over evenings past vivid in my mind warm summer days and white sand in my shoes pocketfull of glass Walk the beach seeking treasure weathered by time how rich are we? Always will I cherish these moments in life (Peaceful) thank you for my Creamscicle sky.
Also see the vid of the first try on You tube. Its messy but the idea is there. I like the end with that kind of decscending chord thing going on. Alex picked up on it and it was sweet. I would like to use that.
Alex, "mikeys Riff" in the soundclick player is the original take from a year ago for "paradise lost." We put it together one night when it was just the 2 of us.
Late in the German air war, back in 44 a tailgunner climbed into Sacktime, a liberated b-24 the sky was clear and sunny that day, all hopes for a safe run with any luck at all he would'nt need that gun
that very same day Hitler hatched a desperate plan sent his pilots to ram those bombers and save the homeland suicide mission some would say, but planned to survive that day crash his plane in the ass end, eject, and live to fight again
CHORUS Young men with desperate orders chaos rules behind their borders will they live to see the night? terrified as they take flight
deep behind enemy lines, Sacktimes squadron making good time out of the sky at 5 o'clock, a Messerschmitt dove and began his drop fighter closing fast, tailgunner behind machinegun blast raking the plane with gunfire, he knew the situation was dire, CHORUS
the world went CRASH with ripping steel, would Sacktime survive this ordeal? in the cockpit with all his might, the pilot began an hour long fight battle to keep the plane in the air, all they had was sweat and a prayer safe behind allied lines, the whole crew bailed with their lives
somehow clear of his wreck, the German was able to eject his plane spiraled to its death, he floated to earth with only the sound of his breath the morale of the story, you all can see is WHAT A WASTE OF TIME WAR CAN BE
due the old school grundle still kicks ass. I wish I still had my copy. what was the Name of that one song that you were working on in the tralier. deviant does that sound right
