The Pfeffer Trio is a youthful and energetic rhythm section dedicated to providing an engaging and entertaining show. Whether the group is performing alone as a trio or is backing up a major figure in the jazz, blues, pop, or rock circles of St. Louis, the Pfeffer Trio always delivers a positive and powerful sound easily heard and felt by audience members. A former Air Force Band member and founder of the trio said of his group, “After performing countless troop morale concerts stateside and oversees, I wanted to develop a highly talented and positive group that would bring the elements of hope, fun, and camaraderie to the general public. Whether our audience is a group of battle-hardened soldiers or overworked executives, we strive to re-energize our audiences by performing music that will move their spirits and feet.” When paired with the charisma of vocalist Debby Lennon, pianist Nick Schlueter, drummer Paul Shaw, and bassist/leader Jeremy Pfeffer, the group melds into a highly interactive and bombastically fun ensemble.
