You need to have: knee pads,elbow pads,wrist guards,a helmet,a mouth guard and $5 bucks to practice or you can just come watch!

WEDNESDAY NIGHT

SATURDAY MORNING
8:30-10:00 AM

We really do apreciate that your league came out and played us. We do want to apologize again for the unsportsmanlike conduct presented. We hope that once again we can be forgived but know if we were in your position that would be hard. You girls played hard and whooped us into yesterday. We apologize to your support staff, ref's and fans as well and hope that they can forgive us for our wrong doings as well.

We invite you out this weekend, June 5th & 6th, as we return downtown to the newest and hottest live rock club in the Springs, Gasoline Alley at 28 N Tejon, next to Rum Bay. This place is amazing! It has 3 floors of fun, a roof-top grill, an old-time vibe that screams Rock & Roll and no cover charge! The Last Band kicks it at 9:00pm and rocks through the night with Classic, 80s, and Current Rock for your listening and dancing pleasure.
