The Pugilists are four Milwaukee rock veterans ranging from ruggedly handsome to somewhat homely. In alphabetical order by first name, the Pugilists are Don Moore on guitar and vocals, Jack Rice on bass and vocals, Jack Rodee on guitar and vocals, and Nick Verban on the drums.
For your pleasure, The Pugilists perform a sassy mix of well-crafted, crunchy and occasionally twangy rock & roll-ish originals and covers by anybody they like, including the Who, Jayhawks, Steve Earle, You Am I, Honeydogs, Plimsouls, etc. All songs feature two guitars, a bass, drums and a bunch of harmonies, and all for a very reasonable price.
Bands and artists the fellows have played with (or still play with) reads like a "Who's Who" of bands that the members of the Pugilists have played with, including: The Pugilists, The Mighty Deerlick, the Carolinas, Radio Radio, Goat Radio, the Lackloves, Spill, Sugarsmack, The Blow Pops, The Travel Agents, Michelle Anthony, Pipitone, Spin Jive, The Nads, Debt Service, Root Cellar, Exploded View, the L.A. Explosion!, the Substitutes, The Rich Hall Experience, the Billy Seidel Band, happytown, Duke Fame and the Fame Throwers, Nick Pipitone & the 4 Forces of Evil, Covert Operation, Mary Karlzen, Chris DeMay, Neon Moon, Tommyheld, the Nick Verban 3, Tinted Blind, The Other Association, Stealing Dan and The Don Moore Soultet.
Will the Pugilists rock YOU? The answer to that question can be summed up in one word: Perhaps.
NOTE: The Pugilists are the only band in the known world whose members' names, when arranged alphabetically by first name, are in the exact same order as they would be in if arranged alphabetically by last name. The Pugilists challenge you to find another band who shares this remarkable trait. Go ahead. Send us a message if you can find another band like this and you'll win a fabulous prize. Queen? Nope, guess again, Slugger. Four words: John Deacon, Brian May. What about Finnish metal outfit Children of Bodom? Sorry, Tiger. Close but no tomato. Keyboardist Janna Wirman does have the last alphabetical surname of the band, but drummer Jaska Raatikainen has the last alphabetical first name.

you can tell the chain saw is old because it has zero safety features whatsoever. It's just a bare blade. I sustained no injuries, though I did set it blade-down against my foot several times.
Wow, I am gonna have a LOT of making up to do! Sorry I missed you the other night~I had to jet set to Florida...but, if it makes you feel any better, it rained here all day today! XO
