So, what does PUKE mean?
PUKE stands for
Prevention, Understanding, Knowledge and Education
We are a young peoples project who specialise in alcohol and other drugs.
We are not against alcohol but want to make sure you know all the facts about alcohol - how it affects our body, brain & how we behave.
If you know what the risks are, then you can make your own choice about drinking.
We give you the lowdown on sensible drinking levels and staying safe if you are drinking or around other people who are drinking.
We also understand that not everyone wants to drink alcohol, so can help give you the confidence to say NO!
We also run...
A music workshop in Bedford every Wednesday night!
If you're aged between 13 & 16 & interested in music, why not join us on Wednesdays, 6 - 8pm at 32 St John's Street, Bedford for our Music Workshop? Learn to DJ, play drums or guitar or practise your skills & jam ... and it won't cost you a penny! (If you live outside of Bedford and need help getting to and from the Workshop, ask about our Taxi Tokens for free transport).
If you live in Luton or Mid Bedfordshire and belong to a youth club or something similar, why not ask your Youth (or other) Club Leader to arrange for our DJ to come to you? Tell them to contact Karl Daly on 01234 344133.

Magic Moments in Berlin The 5th German Beatbox Battle was a great success for the whole german beatboxing movement. More than 700 guests vistited the official championship event last saturday night at the Kalkscheune in Berlin, Mitte. This event was the big final contest for all 20 qualified beatboxing artists of the Beatbox Battle Club Tour 2007. The judges on stage were formed out of the professional artists Scratch (USA), Zeero (GER), Steff la Cheffe (CH), Jahdeck (PL) and DJ Mesia (GER). The host of the night was the event founder Bee Low from Berlin (GER). His company Beatbox Battle Networks invited the Polish Beatbox Crew Al Fatnujah and the Swiss Beatbox Queen Steff la Cheffe to become a part of the show on stage. The highlight of the musicality line up was defenitely Scratch from Philly. When he entered the stage with his Loopmachine the German crowd went crazy. He showcased an awesome set of vocal scratchin and drum sounds. Scratch is a real pioneer in the vocal percussion scene. Maximum Respect to all involved artists. We are proud to show our friends the Beatbox Battle between Tom Thumb (Australia) and Roxorloops (Belgium). Australia VS Belgium. It was recorded 2005 at the First Beatbox World Championship. They met each other the first time there and performed their high skilled Beatbox to write Beatbox history

Is this one of those things where you intice us in with cool stuff but when we get there we sit in a circle and talk about god and not doing drugs?
I don't do drugs and i don't really need to talk about god but i'll come jam and play on ya decks some time :D
