About me:

My name is David or Dee for short. I've grown up in the Suburbs ov Detroit and for a bit in Florida. I've always had an insatiable thirst for knowledge and experience. After high school that led me to pursue my passions at one of the worlds best art schools -->Savannah College of Art & Design. Five years l8ter i took off to live in Reno to see life on the West Coast. As fortune has it, i was lucky enough to make friends and learn from an incredible group of tattoo artists. Fast forward - i'm back in the Detroit area and establishing myself amongst several other talented as well as god awful tattoo artists in this region. You can find me currently at the full custom shop -->B'z Ink (more info on the myspace pg found on my top friends) I specialize in strong graphical styles influenced by Japanese, Ancient Tribalism, and current day manga/comic art. My black and white is inspired by Bob Tyrell and Paul Booth. And i really enjoy the wild colorful designs as well. Who I'd like to meet:

I like all kinds of people. Getting to meet such a cool variety of people is quite the highlight of my job. I only ask that you give respect in order to get any back. Getting tattooed is not a right, but a privilege. I'm here to help you get quality tattoos, and i don't mind telling you if something would be a bad idea. Nor do i have any problem in working with your personal vision. I also price fair - as i don't do this for money, but i do have bills and a shop overhead to pay. In my personal life - typically i tend to be attracted more towards unique and creative people. As far as friends go, i could use more, though i am quite blessed with the ones i have in my life. Hit me up if there's something going on - i'm not a mass social butterfly (most bars//clubs) but i'm trying. I have yet to find my muse, a gentle soul with passions and a heart who can love me as much as i love them. I have yet to find such a rare creature yet again.
