Pulselooper se interessa por música feita para videogame desde criança, quando gravava o som de jogos para master system e nes num gravadorzinho de fita cassete e depois tentava tirar as músicas num teclado (e até num violão). No meio dos anos 90 teve uma breve experiência com música sequenciada com trackers no PC 386 de um amigo, mas só foi realmente começar a produzir música eletrônica no início de 2000.
Inspirado pela cena mundial de chipmusic, criou no final de 2008 o projeto Pulselooper, onde usa de todas suas influências (do punk ao techno, do pop ao funk), através do chip de som de diferentes modelos do Game Boy e de um Nintendo DS.
Pulselooper has interest on video game music since his childhood, when he used to record sega master system and nes music on a cheap cassete recorder and then tried to play them with a keyboard (and even an acoustic guitar). in the mid 90s, he had a brief experience with sequenced music, using music trackers on the PC 386 from a friend. But he only really started to produce electronic music in the early 2000.
Inspired by the global chipmusic scene, he created the project Pulselooper in the end of 2008. He uses all his musical influences (from punk to techno, from pop to funk) and creates music with different Game Boy models and a Nintendo DS.
