Sorry I haven't been in touch the past year. I was busy training for my trip to the Beijing Olympics. I wasn't actually in any events. Instead, I spent the entire two weeks hanging out during pregame warmups on the baseline of every basketball game. I sat waiting for a stray ball to roll to me so I could launch a couple long range jumpers. Oh how it brought me back to BHS. Boy are my triceps sore...and my lats...and my delts...and my glutes.....
