About me: First let me start off by saying that my name is Mariah. Most people tend to see me as just the shy quiet girl next door, but what they don't know is I am very adventurous at heart. I have been very blessed in my life to have family and friends by side that have been through the thick and thin. I honestly don't know what I would do without them. My mom and my sister are truly my best friends, I can tell them just about anything and not have to worry what they are going to say. I am not perfect and I have done stupid things in my life, so for the most part I am making it up to those I have let down the most. Mainly I think I have let myself down, I expect a lot from myself when I know I shouldn't. Perfection is in the eye of the beholder and I am a long way away from perfection. For the most part of my life I have lived in the country and can honestly say I love my small town life. There isn't a big city out there that can hold a candle to it. Dahlonega may not be where I was born but I do hope to call it home for a long time. Education means the world to me and I hope this fall to enter back into the college life and begin my pursit of Forensics. For those of you who know me you know how much this means to me. Right now I have a lot of down time due to health issues so for the most part I am stuck at home all the time. I don't mind it that much as it gives me the peace and quiet I enjoy at times. There is nothing I love more than to curl up in bed and read a new book. I have been hooked on paranormal books for about 3 years now and I can't believe it took me so long to find the genre. Christine Feehan and J.R. Ward are amoung my favorite authors and I can't wait for their new books to come out. My mom tends to think I spend too much time with my nose between the pages of a good book but to me there is no better way to pass the time. I have a great family even though they do tend to drive me up the wall. I am the middle child of three. I have an older sister and a younger brother who love nothing more than to pick on me. Yes I get into more trouble than they do as I tend to take the heat for most everything that goes on with us kids. I love them dearly and thank Good I have been blessed to have them in my life. The adventures wouldn't have been the same without them. I will always remember dancing around the living room while my sister sung to New Kids on The Block and pushing my younger down while my mom filmed us on camera. I love to laugh but most of all I love to make those around feel how special they are too me. I have a big heart but me careful you don't break it. Once you betry my trust I will never forgive or forget, I'm sorry it's just who I am. I am always looking to make new friends but understand I have no need for liars or backstabbers. I hate false people who pretend they are someone different than who they really are. Just be you and that will make me happy. If you want to get to know me better than just message me, I am pretty open person and I am honest with everyone. I expect a lot from my friends so if you can't give me the same in return than don't bother me. I don't have the patience or the need to waste my time with you.

Hey girl! I'm doing good. The storms weren't too bad in my area. The wind was crazy and we had some hail, ,but nothing that we couldn't handle. I was at work at the time. Let me tell you, being upstairs in a 160 year old building during a storm..... really freaking loud! Hahah.
I haven't been on the forum lately. Not because I don't like it there, but just because I've been so busy and don't have time to get on there during the day. Plus, nothing really exciting has been going on with me. But, tell the ladies I miss them all greatly and hopefully I'll be back soon.
