Punks For Presents is a local (richmond, va) non profit organization dedicated to putting on ridiculous events to benefit richmond area charities and whatever the fuck else we deem worthy.. but its usually for kids.

benefit for the local ronald mcdonald house!

donation jars are being put in all of your favorite restaurants and bars to collect the top pop tabs from aluminum cans. the tops which contain pure-high quality aluminum, unlike cans which consist of other alloys, will be collected and then turned into the ronald mcdonald house who will take them to the local recycling center. so far the local RMCH chapter has recycled over 400 million tabs generating more than $4 million dollars for their program. being the pbr consumers that we are we are asking that before you crumple that can and go for another round take the time to take off the tab and drop it in the jar. (bartenders dont always have the time to do this) also, feel free to collect them at your home and bring them in!
