We are sad to say goodbye to the PUCC, but the time has come for many of the founding members to move on into the real world upon graduation. Thank you everyone who made it possible for us to do what we love, we're really going to miss each and every one of you!
*we are not a band, we are a student organization that sets up shows. the music playing above are bands that have worked with us so go check them out!*
Go check out this sweet Journal and Courier Podcast with members of the PUCC!! ROCK IT, with Tim Brouk
The Purdue Underground Concert Committee (PUCC) is a student organization at Purdue University with a mission of building the music scene on campus as well as the greater Lafayette area. PUCC was founded in the fall of 2005 and has accomplished more then anyone thought possible.
PUCC is made up of unique and talented students with a passion for music and the industry, many of which play in local bands and are very involved with our local arts community.
Some people may ask why we are called the Underground Concert Committee...well this is because we support local and independent artists and labels. In addition we are not the schools main concert committee, we are in no way associated with the SCC or PSUB. However, we ARE a recognized club by the university just with a DIY mentality.
We would like to give a special thanks to everyone who has made it possible for us to do what we do-- Rockstar Energy Drinks, Downtown Records, Cary Club, WCCR, Mass Giorgini, Hot Box Pizza (formerly known as Pizza Express), University Church, Skylight Coffee House...
PUCC hopes to continue and grow with the support from loyal music fans and bands across the country. PUCC has done more then just throw shows, we have built friendships and have grown into a big family :)

All you have to do is copy and paste one time, then you'll not have to mess with it again.
Join your friends and neighbors for an evening of the arts! Tippecanoe Arts Federation proudly presents the kickoff of the 2009 Season of Gallery Walks. The Winter Walk will take place from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, January 16th. Over 25 participating venues from downtown Lafayette and West Lafayette will be featuring the arts. Regional artists exhibit their original artwork in downtown businesses while the Citybus trolley and horse drawn carriages provide quick transport from hilltop to hilltop. The Walks have become an anticipated tradition over the years, bringing hundreds to the downtown area. Come and enjoy the sights, the sounds, and the ambience of downtown Greater Lafayette!
The Gallery Walks were conceived and begun by the Tippecanoe Arts Federation nine years ago as a fun and relaxing way for residents from Tippecanoe and surrounding counties to visit Lafayette and appreciate local architecture, culture, and artistic talent. The Gallery Walks have previously occurred three times throughout the year, 2009 brings exciting additions with four seasonal Walks and the expansion to Wabash Landing in West Lafayette.
