My name is Brian Decker and I am the owner of Pure Body Arts, as well as a world recognized body piercer and scarification/modification artist. I've been doing body piercing for 12 years and scarification/modification work for 8 years. I'm well versed with all your facial, body, and genital piercing and scarification/modification desires and practice a 100% sterile technique.
