Promoting Free to Air Internet Radio requires a joint effort, and apart for some notable exceptions, bands in New Zealand largely appear to under-value marketing and place a too much emphasis on the music – at the detriment to their sales & to the profile of N.Z Music Scene as a whole. Please NO MORE WANKY FRIENDS REQUESTS eh. From my experience this myspace networking business is a waste of time and effort, if the parties are merely ‘associates’ rather than ‘friends’ in true sense of the term, working together, rather than rattling the beggars tin loudly.
