Well lets start by saying that I dont want to be your average rapper because I dont rap to please crowds I rap to please Jesus, i dont really see myself as a typical rapper but more so a minister of Gods word, I believe i have been called to promote Gods Word through the avenue of Hip Hop, which I see as a true blessing because it is such a powerful means of communication and it is such a widely recieved form of communication.
A bit about me
I am from South Africa but i am now living in Sydney Australia, I attend Hillsong Church in Sydney Australia, where i am planted and serve in the University age ministry (Powerhouse) i also help out with some of the younger youth ministries when they need people. I love speaking to the younger generation about Jesus, when you see a 14 year olds eyes light up because he has met Christ it really puts everything in perspective. Ministry is the main purpose of what i do, I am a minister before i am a Rapper,
I was saved at Hillsong Church when i was 14 on June 30th 2000, During high school i had my ups and down like everyone does but after finishing high school i decided that faith was definitly something to be serious about, In 2005 i studied at Bible college(pastoral leadership and Youth Ministry) and completed that in 2006, later that year is when i started rapping, It all began at Hillsong Conference as a joke, but God had other plans! Dave and I formed the group Purified Testimony, I also ran a Hip Hop Connect Group at Hillsong for all the upcoming artists that were apart of church we all started performing together doing shows. After a while Purified Testimony started to take off we were doing shows every week, we were even rapping at Hillsong every week at youth. In that time we began recording a cd which is finished and will be released sometime in the future.
Just over a year ago we felt that God was pulling Dave and myself in different directions so we have been in the process deciding what to do with the ministry, in 2009 it was decided that I would carry on the ministry under the new name of Purified, Dave is leaving to study in Nigeria this year where he will continue rapping(see Purified Testimony is now Purified Blog).
In 2008 God opened the Door for me to tour the USA, That was fun, I was honoured to meet and hang out with some of the Cross Movement Rappers who i have always looked up to and learned from, I also started recording my Solo Album Dont Hold Back with Tony Stone in Virginia which will be released may 2009,
Iv had the honour of rapping to hundreds of thousands of people and sharing Christ with them around the world and as long as i have breath in my lungs i will continue to do that! 2010 is gonna be a huge year for all of us, I pray that you will all stay in His Word and continue sharing Christ with each other

Whao Praise God! Hey I might be performing with you at Brisbane, Queensland. My second major performance, it's gonna be amazing. Oh and I've been working on beats. (Well I got an idea, haven't really started it). So yeah. I think God's slowly releasing me. So that's scary and fun at the same time.
