I am married (2nd time)and have two Adult sons Dennis (26) and Brian (24). I love to read, surf the net, communicate with friends on the net, watch movies and I love animals, especially cats. I have Fibromyalgia and I am disabled. I have a whole host of other disorders that can go along with Fibromyalgia and that make my life painful every day. My first husband decided he didn't like the person I became due to my illnesses and left me after 25 years of marriage. My second husband is also disabled and so much more understanding and loving.

About me:

I am open minded on my personal spiritual path for inner peace. Since my days are filled with pain and difficulties, I have to focus on happier thoughts and ideas to rise above, or be happy on pain medication. My life is totally different than I expected it to be as I approach 50. I have learned that even though I am in daily pain, this is a good thing. I appreciate what I can do in life now, since so many of my favorite things are out of my reach now physically. I am a practicing Buddhist and wish inner peace to all in the world, pray for it daily.

    60 symptoms of Fibromyalgia

To those who have FMS or those who have loved ones who suffer, the following is
very good information to have. From a wonderful website www.Fibrohugs.org

You don't need ALL of these symptoms to have FMS, but chances are you have a
great portion of them. Accompanying symptoms are used to positively diagnose one
with FMS if the patient shows signs of FMS but doesn't have the 11 sensitive
tender points that are used for diagnosis. Deep muscle acupuncture along the
tender points and tender point meridians can also be used to positively diagnose
FMS, even though most countries and insurance agencies will not take an
acupuncturists diagnosis unless it is backed by a medical doctor.

Please DON'T SELF DIAGNOSE! Use this list to help journal your symptoms and any
progression you feel you are experiencing and CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR. If your
doctor isn't willing to even consider looking into your
