Right after the release of 'Secret Weapon', Sebas Honing starts writing music for his new solo album in 2008. He meets Petra Struijs in early 2008 when she joins Galanor.
After asking Petra to do some guest vocals on his new album, Sebas decides to team up with her and release it as a collaboration.
After both quitting Galanor in June 2009, Petra and Sebas come up with the name 'Purple Q' and finally start working out the concept.
'Purple Q' will focus mainly on releasing concept albums. But who knows what will happen in the future...
