At the same time we are suckers for a good melodic string line for hip-hop and reggae. When songs are sad they become sadder with strings added but they can also become more happy like the string line from I will Survive. We are seasoned pros in the classical world and have for a long time also worked closely together with some of Denmarks best producer. Producing string tracks with Purple Strings our string session group out of Copenhagen, Denmark. We arrange string sessions with up to 17 musicians! We do dubs, arrangements, co-writing, touring and organize the sessions from scratch.
We are both classically trained, but we have spent the last 5 years exploring the world of Soul, pop, Reggae, indie, experimental, hip-hop, electronic etc. Playing in and recording with various bands and solo artists. This means we have a lot of experience that you can benefit from:

We founded Copenhagen Strings because we wanted to be able to have the best possible results every time somebody asked us to fix a string session for their album. Our aim is to become Denmarks most used string session group.
