Born European but on my four year journey in Brazil I ve been cannibalised, eaten, digested, and defecated as Brazilian painter devoted to the Amazon and Brazilian culture.Brazil had a big impact on my life, and conscious environmental problems and poverty but in the same time an orgy of colour and rythm.
My art is like a wheapon in the hands of a kind of poisonous ivy invading the world of colonising plants and gorgeus orchids, Throught my art i want to infect people with happiness and joy to depressed pseudo intellectual europeans talking a lot and doing nothing.I m a lazy Brazilian Frida Khalo surrounded by femine bizarre orchids and Iris my fluorescent yellow, blue and red parrot.
Though, I have a very european background an aristocratic, intelectual family who were sent to a japanese concentration camp because being my grandfather a diplomat in Japan did not agree with Mussolini's dictatorship.Went to french lyçèe Chateaubriand, and studied Chinese in La Sapienza Rome.I m a mix of italian, english, peruvian ,and also Brazilian blood, and travelled around the world. My painting is therefore the result of this melting pot.
I m not a very edgy artist,I just paint, with a lot of colour, in an abstract expressionist way. My work deals with passion and rhytm. There is a southamerican tragicomic feeling in my work, a mix of serious matters combined in avery playful, colourful, joyous and gay fashion.

Cry loudly now, creatures of the night
See leathered wings beat in the moonlight
The maidens open window comes in sight
Changing quietly he moves into her sight.
Hair askew in slumber on her bed she lies
At first there is fear, then loves surprise
Her throat, her soul she offers, invites his bite
Eternal life, but death to see the sunrise.
Bodies joined in passion their flesh ignite
With vows exchanged in hellish might
A Queen created of Darkness Flight
Cry loudly now, creatures of the night.
bloody kisses

Mon très Cher Giulio ;) !
Every moment is lit by You, so that I feel
no longer separate from You.
songs of love? It starts the cuckoos singing,
and calls the nectar-heavy bees of my desire.
in the season of honey, watching the moon,
and be stolen in a moment.
at Your feet, risking everything to bear
love's searing fire. Master, is that not You?
Her fear is gone, her hesitation. Who are You?
She'll weep at Your lotus feet until she knows.
~ Rabindranath Tagore

The Veil of Veronica, or Sudarium (Latin for sweat-cloth), often called simply "The Veronica" and known in Italian as the Volto Santo or Holy Face (but not to be confused with the carved crucifix Volto Santo of Lucca) is a Catholic relic, which, according to legend, bears the likeness of the Face of Jesus not made by human hand (i.e. an Acheiropoieta).

mistakes and sorrow and the fun,
The joy and music and the dance,
I wonder if I had an other chance,
What different things I'd do,
If I could live my life anew.
The path I've walked was meant for me.
We all must carry our special load,
in lifes journey, down the road.
Life is about our lessons learned,
Not about the bridges we have burned.
Looking back, now, I see,
It was the PATH that has made me, ME! XOXO D.

Domenico Fetti (also spelled Feti, c. 1589 – 1623) was an Italian Baroque painter active mainly in Rome, Mantua and Venice.
His style appears to be influenced by Rubens. He would likely have continued to find excellent patronage in Venice had he not died there in 1623 or 1624. Jan Lys, eight years younger, but who had arrived in Venice nearly contemporaneously, died during the plague of 1629-30. Subsequently, Fetti's style would influence the Venetians Pietro della Vecchia and Sebastiano Mazzone.

swirling around the fire singing into the night
celebrating the coming of the cold winter
when the trees grow bare and the skies turn gray
and we rest...for now
and enjoy the winter with a warmth in our hearts
and an eager anticipation of the coming of the new life
the beauty of the spring flowers
and the celebration of new beginnings...
where the bare trees now frame the night sky
and the wind, it nips at my little cheeks
and i bless all that is life and all that lies beyond
and i hold my candle up high to mother moon with one hand
and i raise my glass, filled with the water of life in the other
and i cry out in deep and passionate voice...XOXO D.
