It all started back in 1985, when Harri, Jallo and Robban joined to form No Security, Jallo being the drummer. Robban playing the bass. At first Harri handled both the vocals and the guitar, but as Smebbo joined, Harri left the guitar to him. The band recorded their firs demo in early 1986.
The following year the debut ep was released on STF records, but the result displayed the need of a second guitarist. johan was the man, with the new line-up two demos were recorded. Not even a year later Johan left the band, making it a four piece again on the 1988 split EP with Cruel Maniax on Cruel records.
In the fall of the same year, Peaceville records offered space on a split lp with UK's DOOM. No Security swallowed the deal and started rehearsing with the newly recruited replacement on guitar, Roger, who did not stay very long after the split LP was recorded.
In the spring of 1989 Smebbo decided to teave the band without a guitarist until August when Kennhed was convinced to join the since then stable combo.
The following year NO SECURITY released on split LP with finish VALVONTAKOMMISIO on Finnrecords, one spit ep with japaneese Crocodile Skink and participated in a few comp projects.
Now that is almost 2007 looking back gives you a picture of a band with one straight intention already from start: to play blistering hardcore!
In Febuary 1992 a tour in Europe with Belguim HIATUS made the peak from which the band fell. The members grew away from the each other and were discussing a split up. But hell, who can kill something that is screaming and hitting back? Let's just say No Security is just resting...

Musically SEITAN play raw and brutal hardcore punk in a style that pays homage classic early 80's d-sound.
