Permanent Vacation is an established six-piece cover band from Charleston, South Carolina with an energetic attitude and an entertaining performance. Our variety of emotionally-charged songs guarantee a great time at every show. We separate ourselves from other bands through our broad range and diversity of songs. Our sets consist of various cover songs from beach music (Jimmy Buffett, The Drifters, Otis Redding), to classics (The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Steppenwolf), as well as songs from the 80's to today.
Our main goal is to get everyone dancing and singing along to the songs that they already know and love!
We have previously been hired to perform in Charleston at The Windjammer, Wild Wing Café, The Terrace, The Plex, O'Reilly's Pub, Pluto Rocks, The Silver Dollar, Portside, Trio Club, Red's Icehouse, The Sand Dollar, Blackbaud Stadium, Boone Hall Plantation, The Sottile Theater, The Maritime Center, Vista Riverside Grille, The Trawler, The Krankee Yankee, The Pickled Parrot, and Bobby Hartin's Sports Bar. Furthermore, we have supplied the entertainment for numerous weddings as well as fraternity & sorority social events at the College of Charleston, The University of South Carolina, Clemson University, Wofford College, Newberry College, and Furman University. We've performed at high school proms at Porter Gaud and Bishop England. We have played with the East Coast Party Band at the 2002 and 2005 Blessing of the Fleet in Mt. Pleasant and have opened for the Blue Dogs at the 2003 Earth Day Fair at the College of Charleston.

Seeing as I haven't seen any of you since .... forever and my birthday is tomorrow ... Is there any way possible that I can go to McGrady's? Because that would make my entrance into my twenties that much better!
